Hair

 

I am attending art school and one of the young women in my class was concerned that she had been told that she would not get a job if she wore her hair in a natural hair design.  I suggested that she not change who she is to suit a job but I did offer some practical advice.  If the people at your prospective employer are conservative than it is best to wear your natural hair in a way that does not shout rebellion.  On the other hand if you are looking for an artistic career go ahead and give in to the abandon of self expression.  After all that's what they are looking for.
