Unless you were hired to work from home you walk a fine line. Eventually someone will question whether or not you are home having fun especially if they did not have the privilege to work from home. To avoid this check often with your manager to get his or her buy in on your at home status. You may ask him/her if they believe you are efficiently dividing your time between the office and home. That is the manager's opening to complain or confirm.
